Ingredients:
-
2 large eggs
-
2 cups powdered milk
-
1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until smooth.
Add the powdered milk and baking powder.
Stir until a thick, moldable dough forms. If the mixture is too dry or crumbly, add a splash of water or an extra egg white to help it come together.
2. Shape the Dough
Form the dough into a flat, bread-like shape or divide into smaller rolls.
Use parchment paper or a silicone liner if needed to prevent sticking.
3. Cook the Bread
Place in an air fryer and cook at 370°F (188°C) for 11 minutes.
Bread should be golden on the outside and firm to the touch. Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your air fryer model — check around the 9-minute mark.
Serving Ideas:
-
Slice and toast for a high-protein breakfast.
-
Use as a grilled cheese base or sandwich bread replacement.
-
Add herbs or cheese to the dough for flavor variations.
Notes:
-
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a toaster or pan.
-
For a fluffier texture, separate the egg whites and whip them before folding into the batter.
