Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, eggs, and crushed pork rinds.

Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.

Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper. Press the mixture into a flat, even circle or rectangle, about ½-inch thick.
